We will have several pack in heads that will no have helmets and will look great with figures that came with helmeted heads.

3 Waves of figures. Wave 1 - the Six initial figures for the kickstarter funding goal. Wave 2 - the Army builder wave, fill out your armies with these brave warriors. Wave 3 - Champions wave, lead your armies with these Champion figures .

I noticed yesterday that Toxious also comes with an ape head. Does it match his body, or does it go to one of the apes? Any chance you'll consider adding an alternate skunk head like the lion one coming with Atreiu?
- The extra ape pack in head will look great on Toxius but it means to give variety to your Horrid Assassins figures.
- Thats a great idea and we love it so much we are gonna add a 3rd Skunk head to the Toxious figure!

I also noticed that the dagger for some characters like Atreiu match the spear tips like the one seen with pale, is that coincidental or will there be removable spear tips?
The Spear is actually three weapons in one! 1. Danger 2. Bo staff 3. Spear This add extra play value and variety to our weapons that we are sure collectors will love!

How does the exchange work for basic figures, Deluxe, etc?
All in backers have 10 basic army builder figures that they can trade in for Deluxe figures. 2 basic figures are equal to 1 basic figure.
All In Backers can get up to 6 Deluxe figures with this option and can add on as many Deluxe figures with the add on option after that.
