Good morning
I have personally shipped and packed over 1700 figures and I'm happy to do it, but as you might imagine it's exhausting and stressful.
With that being said, please DO NOT message me asking where your packing is or can I have a tracking number. I will send out an update once all the packages are out and at that point you can message me if you haven't received your package or need a tracking number.
Recieved a shipment with a missing figure or QC issue, PLEASE wait until the follow up update announcing that all packages have shipped otherwise your message may get lost in the fog of war (where's my stuff emails) and I'd hate for you to think we were ignoring you or dont care. We will get you taken care of just please let us finish shipping because this is the kind of thing that confuses me and throws me off and leads to packing errors and delays.

As of now we have 21 Big orders left, 74 small orders and 54 international orders left. International will begin shipping early next week with my goal to finish all domestic orders this weekend.
Finally heres a little sneak peak of one if the upcoming Deluxe figure weapons!

Shipping Update

Hello Tribe
I wanted to share a little info since I've been asked the same questions by several people.
I am currently able to pack 25 to 30 boxes per night after work. Everything is sorted into groups by backerkit so that is the order I am packing them in ;) I did take a few photos but will try and document more each night.
You should receive an email from backerkit with a tracking number once the packing is scanned by the USPS employee. If I can keep at this current pace I should have all of your figures out to you in the next 2.5 to 3 weeks!
The weapons rack and playsets will be sent out with the swag packs in a follow up shipment. I will post an update when those are going to be shipped as soon as I have a solid ETA for those items.
If you want to share images of your figures Id love to share them in an update, it is so cool seeing what the tribe is doing with them so far!

Good morning, Tribe!
Some of you may have noticed that two stores have received a shipment of figures. There are two reasons for this.
1. There is an issue with unpainted Critter Heads and Weapon Sets that we had to wait and hear back from the factory about before we could continue packing and sorting backer rewards. In order to keep from further delays we will ship out all the parts that are correct and send a padded mailer with the fixed painted parts.
2. These stores were kind enough to purchase the cases which will help us pay for shipping of the rest of the figures.
In hind sight we realized that this was a bit insensitive of us and we apologize, we are still learning and promise to do better and improve with each step of the process.
Packing has started again as of last night and we will update you all as soon as packages start to roll out the doors.
