Good Morning, Tribe!
This will be our mid-month update. You didn't think we were just sitting around, did you?
Shame on you! HA!
As we make progress on the production side of the line we have continued work on the deluxe figure characters. Here you can see Jose's progress on Thane at different stages of adding articulation to the body. The crotch, knees, and ankles still don't have full articulation but you can see we are hard at work getting these figures ready for you!
Backerkit
As of now, thanks to all of you, we are over $9,000 towards the next goal! We are on our way to unlocking Scraps and with the surveys staying open until February we feel very good about it!

Early Tooling Phase & AWOK All Star funding details!

Greetings Tribe!
Here is the August Update, if we have an other big news during the month we will be sure to post another update, but in the mean time here is where we are in the process.
Phase 1
Pre-Tooling has begun which basically consist of 3d printing all the parts in our factory and making sure everything fits and works together in a real practical way. The factory will make adjustments or suggested modifications on the engineering parts of the figures, and we will be off to making the metal tooling or "Press Plates"

AWOK ALL STARS
We have also gotten in the quote from the factory on a small production run for each figure allowing us to produce these at a more affordable price to fit our budget.
Factoring in what we have already raised in the backer kit, we will have to raise $7,000 to get the funding for the first figure introduced into the backer kit!

The Pre-order store & Kickstarter backer kit will remain open until February giving us plenty of time to reach these goals and no one will be billed until the backerkit is closed and locked down.
Important Notes about Backerkit
1. No one should be getting frustrated. If you get stuck or confused and start to get aggravated stop and message us. We are here to help and happy to do so.
2. Shipping will be adjusted to the correct/accurate price once you select your figures so ADD-ON what you want without any worry of being over charged for shipping. Simply message us when you are ready so we can go in and manually adjust the shipping cost.
3. When any of the AWOK ALL-STARS get unlocked and you want to switch out characters you may do so up until the backerkit closes. If you have any trouble with this please message us what you want to switch out and we will happily do so for you.
4. Shipping for all kickstarters has already been included with your original kickstarter pledge, this will include any add on items you pledged for during the campaing, but not for any Add-Ons you select after the campaign. Let us know if you have any questions about this (please message us rather than posting a comment to ensure we actually see it).
5. Backetkit ADD-ON's reaching $400 will qualify for the ALL-IN perks which included 2 extra Basic figures, 1 Critter and 1 of each armor and weapon set! No Extra Shipping for these items!
We feel really excited and happy about the production process and have a really fantastic factory. The Tooling process should take 45 to 50 days to complete and we will post images of those as soon as we get images of the plating!

Backerkit is live!

The Backerkit is now LIVE!
Good Morning, TRIBE.
The Backerkit is now live and you can now start filling out your survey and selecting add-on figures to build your AWOK Army!
We decided to launch a little early so we can address any questions you may have in the next LIVE Q&A on August 3rd.
Completing the Survey
There are several ways you can complete the survey.
1. Pick what we have available from the KS campaign and confirm your add-ons and mailing address.
2. Pick out several of your AWOK figures and wait to see if we are able to reach funding to produce some of the figures from the AWOK ALL-STARS poll earlier this month.
!!! IMPORTANT !!!
In either case, we want you to listen very carefully to this part, this is very important. If you are having trouble filling out your Backerkit or have questions, we want you to message us on Kickstarter, using private message. We will be more than happy to walk each and every AWOK Tribe member through the Backerkit survey. If you don't direct message us chances are it will get buried and we don't want anyone to get frustrated or think we aren't here to help.

We went ahead and added up all the votes for each character across all 4 polls and to be fair they had very different results. Here are the accurate results for how is really the AWOK All Starts sorry for the confusion, my fault ;)

So now we know they order they'll be available in. The plan is to leave the pre-order store open at least 6 months with the backer kit deadline ending at the same time. This way if backers want to wait and get these unlocked characters they can! Once we launch the pre order store everyone will be able when the next character will unlock according to how much is raised in backer kit!

When we say the response was fast and furious is not just a reference to a high octane bro movie!
We had intended to let the polls go until after the 4th but the AWOK Tribe quickly maxed out the survey numbers, Ha!
